Why is there STILL no WWE Championship Main Event announced for tonight's No Mercy Pay Per View? Randy Orton vs a Question Mark is supposed to get buys? Also, I thought there was no US Title Match so that MVP and Hardy can defend their Tag Titles, but instead we get NEITHER? This is why I am on the fence about ordering the show. If there was any solid proof that we were getting Orton vs Jericho tonight, I'd buy it. But I fear if I spend my $40, we'll likely get Orton vs HBK instead and then I may just have to vomit. Why we can't simply have a battle royal at the beginning of the show to determine who faces Orton at the end of the show, I'll never know. Unless it's Jericho. Punjabi Prison. I am in disbelief, but I am watching the replay. This show is actually awesome.
I know a LOT of people that passed on it for all the reasons I gave below, and

I need to rant here. Anyone else all of a sudden just not feel like even ordering
the show? The title itself is a complete fabrication. Number one, it's not ECW,
it's really WWE vs ECW, and in some cases (or all, technically) it is WWE vs
WWE. Look at the match lineup. Number two, HOW IS THIS A ONE NIGHT STAND? With
ECW beginning this Tuesday on Sci-Fi, you'll be able to watch every week for
FREE. Not to mention this is the debut of the $40 WWE PPV price schedule. Between
these facts, internet rumors of no titles changing hands, or worse, a disputed
finish for the main event, WWE has now made this the most easily missable PPV
of the year.

Spike TV has announced that Total Nonstop Action (TNA) Wrestling will move to
a weeknight primetime slot starting this April. Premieres of TNA: iMPACT! Wrestling

in its current Saturday night timeslot.

Vince McMahon has instructed the cruiserweight division to cut down on or eliminate
high flying aerial maneuvers. Well, I guess the cruisers weren't getting to
wrestle on Smackdown anyway, so hey, might as well cripple their movesets. While
you're at it Vince, why don't you just fire them all and let them go to TNA,
and we can use the money to rehire big guys and Legends, such as Lex Luger and
Luther Reigns? Or maybe some more Divas. Sounds like a plan to me.

letting us know that Brock Lesnar will sign a new contract at Summerslam. Or

Champions. Astonishing.

If you missed RAW last night, it was a good one. WWE and Matt Hardy have concocted
a powerful work for all to enjoy. Hardy was on the loose backstage at RAW and
after they cuffed him and dragged him away, it seemed he's most cheered martyr
since Stone Cold Steve Austin. Time will tell, but set your watches and egg
calendars for Edge vs Hardy at Summerslam.
07/11/05 - Hogan Knows Best
Just wanted to mention that the new reality series "Hogan Knows Best"
premiered last night on VH1. So far the entire premise revolves around Terry
aka Hulk, guarding his underage daughter from the real world. Although the Hulkster
throws a fit when a 22-year old college dropout wants to date his 16-year old
daughter, he allows it anyway, as that makes more interesting television. The
show seems a tad scripted, and I'm not quite sure which parts are reality and
which are staged, but, hey, it IS about wrestling afterall...
